  A wonderful off-the-grid experience. It's a well-rounded place for nightlife on weekend nights, and a kick-back atmosphere on the rest. It offers small cabin rentals (note: very small; perfect if you end up drinking and need a place to stay) and will even let you park your camper there for a small fee. The Jack hosted a diesel drags event this past summer and it was a hit. I would recommend keeping yourself in the loop with other activities since this is a perfect place for a variety of reasons.

  We had called to ask if our 18 year old friend could be our DD. We were told no. Then we show up and there's a wedding so the bar was overly packed with people just sitting at all the tables talking. The one table that was open was covered in trash. There were also multiple kids in the bar under 18 including a 16 year old so drunk he couldn't stand. It was very disappointing. Also the female bartender was very rude. I'm guessing she's the one I talked to as she was the only female working. It would have been nice of her to mention the wedding when we called at 5. The band ended at 11:30pm which was also a bummer. We drove over 30 miles just to go and only stayed for an hour because we felt like we were crashing a private party and the band ended so early! We were not impressed and neither were our 5 friends we brought with us! You lost a lot of potential costumers last night.
